Bosu Ball Step Ups:
Have the bosu ball blue side up, and step up like as on a step and down. Repeat for 5 minutes or until warm.
Bosu Ball Burpees:
Place the bosu ball blue side down and place hands on black surface, arms straight. Then pop feet, together, out and back behind you to form a plank; then preform a push up. Next bring feet in towards the bosu and jump with your whole body in the air. Repeat this for 10 reps, or until failure.
Bosu Ball Squats
This exercise can be preformed either side up, blue or black. Step up on the bosu ball with feet shoulder width apart, or whats comfortable, holding dumbells or kettlebells (can be done with no weight at first). Squat down as if sitting in a chair, holding your core tight. Do 12 to 15 reps first working your way up to 20 reps.
Every time your preform these exercises, best your best! Do more than you did last time. You will see yourself getting more fFit in no time. Also, always remember to stretch after each workout.
